Collection / Delivery Service

We are please to offer a collection and delivery service for your pet, this is charged at £25 per trip within the local area. Please call us to discuss.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of start of booking a full refund of deposit will be given. 

For cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of start of booking a 50% refund of deposit will be given. 

For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of start of booking no refund will be given on the 50% deposit

For cancellations made within 72 hours of start of booking the full amount of booking will be due.

Daily rates:

This includes day of arrival and day of departure

£21 including VAT per day for a single cat

£38 including VAT per day for 2 cats from the same home sharing a double chalet



£2 per day charge for the administration of medicines

Please note there is a minimum 3 day charge to cover costs for cleaning and sanitising chalets. This extends to 5 days during June, July, August and Christmas

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are charged at double rate

All bookings require a deposit, payable at the time of booking and evidence not current vaccination status

The remaining balance is due before collection of your pet/s
